gambling is a nasty word that means taking careless risks..........my bets are not gambles, they are investments that I hope will grow over time..........the same as investing in shares, property or a pension plan. It's like buying a loaf of bread. Define gambling......

I've googled gambling and sports betting is in there, but I'm disappointed not to see stocks and shares, investing in property, starting a business or crossing the road in there. |

When the assistant linesman and referee cannot see the first players stick a hand up in the air and deflect ball to HENRY who is subsequently OFFSIDE as soon as hits first player's hand .....then HENRY handles ball with neither assistants or ref seeing that either.....then that is without nothing to do with religion at all.....................it is the chance happening of fortunate or adverse events = LUCK...............................

Apologise for posting to thread sqzy........................LUCK does exist ........therefore saying it evens out does not take away the fact that LUCK can effect a bet. To say there is "no such thing as luck" is just inaccurate .......

there's no turnover figures to put the 12% in context
some of the biggest winners on betfair make well under 1% ROI but they turnover tens of millions does the 12% edge lead to profits of £10k a year? £100k? £500k? |
