I think I once read an article which said 55% of their turnover was from racing and another 35% was from football. But that was the same article that said no-one in the UK is a consistent winner, so it might not be totally believable ;)

Football would be streets ahead in terms of turnover. A better guide would be commission earned though which would probably bring horse racing a lot closer.
