no tennis, cricket and football.. all a result of breaking my rules and then chasing with silly amounts. should never have had so much money accessible to me ..

I have moved to a fairly remote island myself thanks to betfair, it's still fairly busy between 7 and 9 a.m though and those lorries often splash rain water over my abode leaving me praying for a bit of sun before the unpleasant dark evening kicks in.

I couldn't make betting pay, but since start my tipping service things have been going very well.

A good question. I gave up a decent career to become a full time gambler so am I richer than I would otherwise have been?
Not sure but my life is a lot easier than killing myself over a lengthy commute and all the ** politics of 'work'. In the meantime I have made 6 figures every year since I started so I haven't lost out too much. |

^^^very good post .
its not always about the money ,but about remaining sane . who wants the biggest pension in the nut house ? |
|
By:
Started to make really good money past six months, then had a rotten couple of weeks recently, but still well up albeit with less confidence to betting now.
I sometimes wonder if it is possible to make good money consistently over a long period of time, or if it's just cyclical good runs, some of which last a lot longer than others before a downturn. |

Downturns are inevitable, We all have seasons and sports that suit us more. The trick is keep risking wisely thru these times w/o losing your @ss.

MAKE more than i would at work
but conversely find doing this for a living rather empty and pathetic |
|
By:
lost about 1700 since joining
used to do about 100-150 a week in bookies, so you could say i am a winner on here. |

MAKE more than i would at work but conversely find doing this for a living rather empty and pathetic every one dreams of a home job working for yourself but you make a good point terry. you still have to put the hours in and you still have some sort of work pressures, and of course you have to make it pay. how many hours a week u on here terry? |
|
By:
too many. the reality is, free time during the week is pointless, no one is about, and weekends on here you have to work on, its when the mugs are about, so ur not free when ur friends are. a dull existence on here, trust me.

Total deposits £1430, total withdrawals £1528.70, so up £98.70. Would be £27 pound more than that but in the 13:20 at Southwell yesterday Solicitor was available to lay at 1.09 but was backable with bookies at 4/9. Had £200 with William Hill at 4/9 layed £300 at 1.09.

I am a student so obviously not gambling loads. But since the semester started i'm about £600 up with my gambling, so can't really complain.
