Does anyone deposit using PayPal?
And if you do so can your bank tell that it's Betfair / a gambling transaction? I presume if you have the money already in your PayPal account they can't, but if you don't and PayPal automatically takes it from your bank account they do?
Can't find the answer anywhere. Not keen on my bank knowing what I'm depositing and to where...
I know the bank statements just show "PayPal" but do the Banks get more info?

I think you will find that it shows on your statement as "Betfairlim"................
it still counts as a gambling transaction/cash advance if pay via paypal on a cred card and will show on statement as betfair lim.
