I regularly copy and paste cards from racing websites, however in the last 24 hours Excel has started pasting everything into separate cells e.g. horse name Do The Deal appears in 3 columns

This coincides with me starting to use the Delimited Text to Columns function but that was in a totally different spreadsheet

Most of the troubleshooting I can find on the net refers to separating text into columns, and not how to stop it so I would be very grateful for help

Thanks the response, i cant see that option in 'copy and paste', only in 'text to columns' ?

I took the opportunity to upgrade my MS package in the meantime anyway and thats removed the problem
