How do you put a fixed cell into a formula?

I've got = (D3-B3)*J6

and I want all formulas as we go down the column to read

(D4-B4)*J6
(D5-B5)*J6
(D6-B6)*J6
(D7-B7)*J6

etc....

i.e. I want the row in each formula to go up by one, but the J6 to say the same rather than ending up with:

(D4-B4)*J6
(D5-B5)*J7
(D6-B6)*J8
(D7-B7)*J9

etc

put $J$6 as the cell.

The $ fixes the following row/column reference.
