Would anybody happen to know which is the best betting bot that will place a stop bet in-play nearest to your desired odds?

Bet Angel for example has a stop option but by the time it triggers and then requests your desired odds at the exchange, there is virtually no chance of a match.

Thanks,

Wesdag

Bfexplorer PRO has got 10 types of bot strategies for placing bets, trading, placing dutch bets, or for closing position (green up) or placing stop loss.

You can find two types of bot strategies to close position. One of them is close position on the outcome where you can set the level of the hedge bet. You can prepare different setting for these bots using the Bot executor.

Just google their web site and on the product pages you can find more information. On the forum there is discussed a similar case study as your one, for using bet place bot or close position bot for horse racing at in-play.

You've always to the problem of the delay in running so I can imagine many times a stop loss is not quick enough to get you out at the desired odds, esecially say with horse racing where 1 sec can be huge in odds terms.

You are welcome Wesdag. I do not know if you already tested the Bfexplorer PRO or just read product pages or their forum, but there is one big advantage this application has.

If you are not able to create your betting or trading strategy by setting bot parameters using the Bot Executor, required feature can be added by custom bot script. I found this feature more powerful than Excel conditional betting.

This way you can do everything you would like to. Have a look at bfexplorer forum: Betfair bot for this week

Hi Pato,

Thanks for your advice. I've had a look at Bfexplorer and seems like it could be the software of choice. However, its a bit light on help and support.

How have you got on with it? Have you had any custom scripts written?

I'd reckon it could be fate you should use bf explorer wesdag, if you put wesdag and bf explorer in google it only brings up the bfexplorer site so it must be a sign from above.

Is there any software out there for drip feeding bets at or above the current back price, upto a maximum price?
Report Roman.Totale November 4, 2009 10:43 PM GMT
The above is for pre-match/race markets, not for inrunning.

Hi Wesdag, I read everything about Bfexplorer PRO on its product web page.

As a matter of fact this page is opened for you when you start Bfexplorer PRO on the Start page, or when clicking on the menu item Help/Contents.

You should read about Bot Executor and bot parameters setting for Place Bet bot here: http://bit.ly/PlaceBetBot

Roman, Bfexplorer PRO offers custom bot script called: AutoDripFeedingBot

You can read more about it on bfexplorer forum. This bot does exactly what you are looking for.
