Mikel Arteta of Arsenal is currently the highest-paid manager in the Premier League, earning a reported £15 million annually for the 2026-27 season. This follows the departure of Pep Guardiola, who previously held the top spot with a £20 million base salary at Manchester City.
Other top earners include Oliver Glasner (Nottingham Forest) and Xabi Alonso (Chelsea), who are tied at £11.5 million per year, while Enzo Maresca (Manchester City) earns £10 million
