after checking your bet regarding the Shamrock Rovers v Ararat Armenia match, I can confirm that our traders reviewed the situation and confirmed that the bet was voided due to an issue with the external third-party live feed provider, as a stable live feed was not available.

All my other bets were settled amazing no problem for the feed with them

I laid Rovers at 1.35 in the "To qualify" market - bet was matched 10 mins before the Armenian team scored - brutal decision by Betfair - they can do what they want

yes i laid Rovers at 1.43 at half time in the match , (was hedging as had bet Rovers on the Asian handicap) also took money out of them on the Win Market at 1.04 at the exact same time , and this market settled as normal , so no problem with the feed for this bet just the to qualify market, as you said they can do what they want.
