Don't know how Mbappe can score 10 goals, Messi 8, Bellingham 7, yet Rodri walks off with the Golden ball after bare minimal effort making a few cutting passes in a wholly possession based team, they've just made the lazy decision and given it to a player from the winning team.

I reckon half time was 26 mins -ridiculous. However I fear that in the next few years, big games will become 4 quarters with a half hour half time with "entertainment".

I enjoyed this World Cup. I liked the 48 teams format. But, I'd deliberately not watched the ceremony at the end. I cannot stand President Trump. His customary smirking and arrogance depict someone of self-interest and self-importance only.
However, I'm glad to know some of the players from both teams blanked him. It takes a lot of courage and hatred to blank the leader of the most powerful democratic nation in the world. But, President Trump deserves it. His disdain was for all to see in this World Cup. I hope Mr Infantino will be history too. He's not good for International Football. |

France have Mbappe, Argentina (Messi), Portugal (Ronaldo) and Norway (Haarland). Spain is lacking a prolific centre forward and scorer. Their defence is as solid and secure as Fort Knox. If Kane and Bellingham were Spanish Spain will be the most complete footballing nation.

The protection & **** stuff is just non-factual and BORING. The Argies, like ALL SouthAmerican sides, play on the edge, push the boundaries of etiquette etc but they EARNED their way to a 2nd successive WC final, which is an outstanding achievement. And let's be clear, the English are only HATING so much on the Argies since they taught them a lesson. Plenty of jealousy and hatred normally around for the slick Spaniards as well, but with the BITTER taste of Argie defeat, the rotten rock became a fluffy pillow to the hard place.

argies had 3 group games
2 knockout games and they were getting praised,messi hero status, it wasnt till they drew eng in semi fials that ukMSM started a 24/7 pile on about dirty cheating argies etc,which increased 10 fold after they knocked us out,more niggling,pushing,shoving,holding than kicking people up in the air, be interesting to see if porthgal,argent,maybe eng ,imrove or regress for been without ronny,messi and maybe kane at the next world cup |
