Football must be the only business where characters who have shown they have little talent ( even with huge financial backing ) get top jobs somewhere else !
not really brians. no different in the business world. its just a merry-go-round and the reason the phrase its not what you know its who you know exists
He may well do ok there (inherits a more competitive squad for Serie a than he did @ UTD for the PL - but he showed a serious limitation and a lack of humility during his stint @ OT..
