If Balogen was a real man he would refuse to play. If the team coach was a real man he would not play
Balogen. However, that won't happen because the attitude in Football these days is win however you can and to hell with sportmanship! |

Apparently the majority of US fans approve of the decision. That's not surprising since Americans
voted into office Donald Trump! That's how stupid they are. |

If the Manager had any morals he would simply not play him. ??

That's right Glasgow. But he knows that if he went against the wishes of Donald Trump the US
football authority would receive a call from the White House and he would be out of a job. |

up to Belgium now to turn up for once, and put in a performance, put the Americans out. Whether they are capable of that I'm not so sure, but now is the time for them to show their mettle if they can.

So Belgiam gets a penalty awarded. Call from the White House to FIFA : 'That's never a penalty'
Call from FIFA to VAR officials: 'overule penalty decision'. |

FIFA has to be disbanded and the nations form a new International body.

Not only do most Americans approve of it, they don't have the slightest notion of there being anything wrong with politicians getting involved or changing the rules for one team only or winning like that or it tainting anything the team achieves. They see it as something to be celebrated.
But then again they are totally unfamiliar with international team sports or not devising the rules themselves. |

If Belgium aren't 100% up for this they should be ashamed. Could be a real grudge match
|
|
By:
Yes of course this will have given them more incentive, the trouble is they seem in a decendancy as opposed to a team on the up.
I would love to see them win purely and simply because of the player reinstatement, but should you let your heart rule your head. ? A watching brief for me albeit rooting for Belgium. |

The best solution to world cups and euros only is.
You need a deterrent for red cards, hence 1 match ban. But 1 match ban in a tourno of maybe 3/4/5 games is harsh. Hence the USA reaction. So why not have Banned to start the next match, but can be named as a sub,but can’t come on till half time. This is fair to both sides. |
|
By:
If you get sent off you are banned, if you don’t want to be banned be careful what you do, is simple solution.

Agree. In longer tournaments, leagues. But in the 2 big ones.
They want the stars on the pitch, but need a deterrent , So Messi gets sent off after 30 seconds ,they lose him for that match, plus the next. They changed the totting up yellow card rule so stars can’t miss a final. The happy medium Is half a game ban. Also what if the red card is a 51% 49% call. It’s too harsh, like the ballgame one, studs up. But accidental. The correct balance is half a game, Deterrent v chance. Everyone wins. |
