The way NZ sets up will determine how much they lose by. As we seen with Iran earlier, they had a completely different approach to facing Belgium than they did against NZ. If NZ play as recklessly as they did against such an ill-prepared, ageing Iran side, I strongly believe a comfortable 2-3 goal margin defeat is waiting for them.
If they go down the Cabo Verde route against Spain, the let's look to thieve an anti-football 0-0 point out of this, it wouldn't be a huge shock to see them get away with it, but that type of negative approach still requires a ton of considerable fortune, as we normally see with the squandered chances they're saved by, chances that are then conveniently ignored so that certain idiotic pundits and fans can overpraise such a defensive approach and claim it as a "defensive masterclass".
The bottom line, this represents a cracking opportunity for the well structured Egyptians to gain their first ever WC win over an opposition that is used to beating up on much, much lesser teams in their region. 1.70 odds are good enough to take IMO.

Egypt should win, but NZ played better than I thought they would in the 1st game. And Wood holds the ball up well and gives them a strong presence up front

Simply awful half by Egypt. The worst I can recall from any fav at this tourney I considered vastly superior to their opps. Of course they can still turn things around with a much improved 2nd period, but the fact they're on offer right now @ 4/1, tells you just how insanely terrible they were in that 1st period.

For sure. Normally when I fancy a side so strongly, if they fall behind in the 1st half I'll top up some more on the juicier odds, depending on how the general state of play is. The general state of play of this one was so bad there was no justification for going in again on Egypt. They were truly that stinking. The main thing was they improved greatly in the 2nd half and got a win going away
