If the Scots don't bottle they can get a result here, if they defend for their lives they will lose, you're playing Morocco not 1970's Brazil, at least have a go and don't stink the place out like your did in Germany. 3pts might not be enough to qualify so you have to at least draw this game. Think they have enough to do it, thought they could even finish 2nd pre-tournament but only beating Haiti 1-0 means that's unlikely now as Morocco beat them by a couple at least.

I would wish you luck but I wouldn't mean it, as you'd be doing cartwheels down Princes street if England were beaten.

Kind Regards.

"If the Scots don't bottle they can get a result here"

A truly distrustful nation. Who can ever forget the Scots giving it large ahead of the referendum before bottling it at the polling stations? They literally shat their kilts in those booths and I don't see how facing Morocco will be any different.

Cheers, Johnny.

I just had a post 'submitted to the moderators' I said that Morocco looked short at around 1.73 given the breaking news about their right back.

It'll be a major surprise if Scotland get anything out of this match.

My post on here has disappeared, so I'll try again, Scotland were really poor against Haiti, Morocco played some of the best football yet in the first half against Brazil, 4/6 seems generous, thought they'd be shorter.

Good to see you posting again mes. No problem if you want us stuffed, all part of the fun. I think your mob have a great chance, the attacking options are as good as any of the other top sides. But that is enough of the nice comments towards the auld enemy, folks might think my irn bru has been spiked.

I was disappointed with our opening result, we were lucky to win. I don't mean to be disrespectful but I expected an easier win, as we have some good players who play for top club sides. Falling over the line doesn't exactly inspire confidence for what is to come. If we have a go and come up short fair enough, they better not park the bus like cowards.

Come on Scotland.

Thanks Roller there's still a bit of life in this forum yet. Not that I want to defend Scotland but the performance was in part due to Haiti's approach, Morocco much more forward thinking and will give plenty of opportunities to generate your own attacks with more space available, that's if Clarke allows the handbrake to come off which he should. Kind Regards.

Shankland dropped, Christie (Bournemouth) in. Patterson (Everton) and Tierney (Celtic) in for Doak and Hickey

Looks like he's parking the bus and going 5 at the back, or two pretend wing backs. Doak easily one of their more threatening players in attack.

Morocco as expected.

Robertson not what he was but as a wing back gives him licence if Scotland get enough of the ball..don't think they will tbh

Clarke is certainly quite conservative..

would usually have a Morocco shirt on here but after the African Nations nonsense happy enough to see Scotland get a result..

2-0 Morocco if I was guessing..

Hoping Scotland get something out the game, couple of £s on 0-0 for interest, good luck all.

Scotland will be playing for the 0-0, and I don't think Morroco will mind too much

Ferguson another one of these players who was weirdly under-capped though he's was self-isolation in large parts, Hansen and Stevie Nicol as well. Steve Clarke was voted Chelsea's best right back of the 20th century, gained just 6 caps.

Scotland are up against it, no doubt about it.
staduim will be full of Scots, have players that can hurt opposition, worked hard to get here and it's easy to say they should open up but 3 points might be enough so no point throwing it away, must keep it tight first quarter.

Think a surprise is possible but the odds reflect the chance, think Scotland can score but so will Morocco (afcon champs).

It's more a case who scores first, if Scotland have to chase the game it might become too open, so even if behind, keep calm, stick to plan, get shots in, get quality crosses in, that's where they could get summit imo, a headed goal.
