had a dabble on Cherki at 25/1 for most assists- he secured 12 assits and 4 goals for city this season in 33 games. he also got a few more in cup comp.

The problem I see with the Cherki assists bet, dragon, is that Cherki is a greedy kont who won't pass to anybody unless he has to. Still, worth a go at those prices, I suppose.

I backed England outright last week. Think you've as good a chance as any in an open tournament. Just hope if the opening game isn't a romp media/fans wont start the usual negativity.

Dragon very informative info, I too fancy Cherki to have a big World Cup once he avoids injury with all his tricky dribbles. Dragon do you give the Host nation Mexico any kind of squeak? Quarter Finals, maybe? Milan's Santiago Gimenez a good goal getter. Their new young star Gilberto Mora now fully recovered from injury (chronic groin strain), at 17 years very young but has not gone unnoticed as Barca and RM are monitoring. Mexico have made the Quarters in 1970, and 1986 both as Hosts. Difficult enough to beat at home, and heat no hay problema.

Morocco 3-0 Brazil at 150 Morocco outright at 60 FIFA rankings: Brazil 6th; Morocco 7th Brazil lost 6 games of 18 in qualification, drew 4, scored 24, conceded 17. Morocco won 8 from 8 in qualification, scored 22, conceded 2 goal. Ok, possibly comparing apples and oranges. Is 2023 the last time Neymar scored an international goal? |

thanks for your comments-in answer to your question i do think mexico have a lot going for them-they have a decent draw, have home advantage and play all group games at high altitude. i did read up on them and i think their current form is pretty solid. quater finals cd well be within thier grasp. if they win their group then they are at home in mexico city to a 3rd best qualifying team which you wd expect them to win - depending on who they get. if they win that it wd probably be england or netherlands assuming they win their groups. ive backed them at evens tonight - slybet offer and wd expect them to win their group. i will make a further assessment of their chances after those 3 group games. |

agree, gets on my wick when they keep changing Country's names. I heard someone saying the other day that Czechia should now be Czech Republic again. Who knows any more? Nicknames also irritate me. Germany are Germany to me, not die mannschaft or die national elf. And who (apart from media websites) refers to Brazil as los selecao? F**k off with these stupid nicknames, and just use the country's actual names.
