I watched it the other week.

It is a load of sh1te imo.

Haven't seen it but heard Cascarino saying that it is very unfair on McCarthy.

Not sure about its accuracy  Coogan (60 at the time of filming) is significantly older and, in the film's depiction, appears smaller than the real-life 43-year-old McCarthy was in 2002

It's no masterpiece. Just about held my interest as I remember what a big deal it was at the time.

Yeah it's basically Mick was out of his depth, Roy has standards which no other Irish people can live up to.

It was watchable imo.

Yeah Crisp, Coogan much smaller than the actor playing Keane.

Very good and well worth a watch.

Shows Keane's driven / obsessive state of mind, probably a good thing to have on the playing field. Not so much in social settings..

Most of it was made up and didnt happen.
