Newbie question - BF Bot Manager REAl & SIM (SIM Auto load Greying out)

Hi, I have a Windows server running in REAL mode and a Sandboxie running an instance in SIM mode. All was well for a few weeks then i did a reboot (remotely). All the services came back but the SIM mode in Sandboxie will not allow me to load Match Odds etc more than once before 'greying out' int he UI.  Ive checked that the .exe for both insatallations are running from different places, and basically I have changed any of the bot settings?.  Anyone have this happen to them?.
