bayern are not a bet of the season if they have to field a 16 year old keeper, which they may do
By:
also likely they will field three other youth players. they have such a big lead a win is of no consequence
By:
But if I'm not mistaken, Germans have no scruples about beating teams when they don't have to.
After all, Bayern have the Bundesliga sewn up and I'm sure Kane has an eye on the stats. |
By:
yes biscuits fair points. but they cant be bet of the year with a third of the team likely to be youth players. that was my only point. odds are set at 'bet of the year' level for reason
By:
Oh oh.
This is the supreme test for Eddie Howe. Can he implement a Plan B? |
By:
no. tie over
By:
on the other hand

By:
Fair play.

By:
two teams that cannot defend
By:
It wasn't a 0 0 game
By:
But surely Newcastle will try to keep the ball out of play so long as the game is open
By:
Newcastle have no inclination or means to 'park the bus'
By:
Spurs seemed a lay to me at 2.52 - surely also more worried about relegation Premier matches coming up...?
By:
By:
how do you mean?
By:
By:
But they could never just hang on for penalties, they don't have the players for that. Even their 'holding midfielder' is a converted centre forward.
They have very good attackers and so the plan was to attack. |

premier league sponsors will be asking for answers
9 teams failed to score last weekend with 6 draws in 10 games - entertainment death 3 of their teams has been spanked in europe already 21-6 (newcastle, city, chelsea) all that money invested and marketed as the best league sold to TV companies worldwide... embarrassed on a worldwide audience by letting that style of football of blocking, messy setpieces and anti-football rife in the game, they've been well and truly exposed. hopefully this summer they will rip up the rule book and we can get back to some sort of decent football as its been dire |
By:
Liverpool just love to disappoint @ big odds on, I Hope they WIN !
By:
Nonsense. If they played that way they'd have done a lot better. Spurs, Chelsea, City don't play like that at all.
They played wide open against teams with good players and got destroyed. That is not how they play in the PL against even half decent sides. |
By:
7-2 lol.
By:
By:
Nonsense both Chelsea and City had their entire outfield 10 within 40 yards of the opposition goal and got caught on the break by Real/PSG players, away from home first leg. City multiple times and kept playing like that, like there was no 2nd leg. Utter muggery.
