dreadful choke. no other way to describe it. as if you go 2-0 up against the weakest team in the league and do not win

Absolute cowardly performance from players and manger. Got what they deserved, didn't learn from the first game despite getting out of jail.
The defence is not reliable, not going to win defending 1 goal leads. If you can't get out of sight against a team with 9 points you are not winning the league.

It's been on the cards for a while. 22nd game in past 72 days. Played three games in past seven days and Spurs next who will have had 12 days off.

No point building a big strong squad and then going for the EFL and FA cup as well. Squad looks knackered and not even in the final strait yet.
Can't get a tune out of Eze and Gyok either. Players are on a 10 yard leash all over the pitch. Nearly every game is in the balance for the full 90 mins.

thats what a squad is for and they are supposed to have a strong squad and to some the strongest squad in the whole league. lots of games is no excuse for not being able to win from 2-0 up against that wolves team. it might be an excuse for failing to get into a lead and much less a comfortable one, but it's no excuse for not getting the job done from the comfortable position of 2-0 ahead and well into the 2nd half

By:

that was all about mentality and bottle. from the moment wolves got on the scoresheet the arsenal players could not get the idea out of their head that they could throw the win away and thats exactly what happened

Can’t blame the number of games played in a short period of time.look at the squad they have .Solely down to poor tactics ,shameful not to allow players with proven quality to play .pathetic.

Couldn't understand playing basically full strength teams in the league cup

When they played United the other week I think they had played 11 or 12 more games than them

Dodgy keeper does not help. They should have broke the bank for Pickford in the transfer window to guarantee the title
By:

unless they could buy the pickford that plays for england instead of the one that plays for everton its a hell of a stretch to say he isnt dodgy. has had plenty of shockers in a blue jersey

Big squad but doesn't use it enough, only when forced. First choice players are either knackered or not fully fit due to injuries from overplaying. Second string aren't match fit because they don't get enough minutes.

Raya has been as good as anyone except maybe Donnaruma, but he fecked up there

if thats an accurate assessment then surely arteta has to go. all that money spent on bulking out the squad and for what.

When you sit back as soon as you score and most of your matches are in the balance for 90 mins, you have to keep players on playing way more minutes and it all adds up. Should be 2 or 3 up against half the league and resting top players for 20+ mins and giving squad players 20+ against half the league.

He doesn't have to go he has to change. He knows how to attack.

No, the first 2 years Arsenal challenged for the PL they got 88 and 91 goals and weren't reliant on set-pieces either.
He changed to ultra-cautious last season. He needs to change back, not sure he can in time. Set-pieces have dried up recently and he can't rely on that defence to defend a 1 goal lead in a run-in after tonight.

Arsenal hace conceeded quite a few late goals recently.
Raya has been mostly excellent but his mistake agaunst Man Utd changed thw dynamic of that vame amd tonight cost two points. Eze & Gyökeres like fish out of water.

Same old gooners ALWAYS choking. Happening far too regularly. Arteta should have been sacked a while back. Thought they could stroll over the line. Should not be going the whole way in the carabao if the players get "tired". Just get out of it. Mindset all wrong. And aren't city playing as many games as them? Both in 4 competitions.

fatigue is an easy excuse and a total red herring
By:
----you-have-to-laugh---
When: 18 Feb 26 23:24
Fatigue is far worse if you don't win, get adrenaline rush
at end of game,.. Not winning brings with it criticism and
of course doubt, which are part of a downward spiral that
needs to be broken. Arteta got big job now to earn his corn.

reports the other day in the athletic was that if Arteta doesn't win the league this year then he will be replaced. His lost his bottle as a result. City have done their best in handing arsenal the title and you still have ended up putting it back in their own hands

Fatigue seems an odd suggestion here though - they had a stroll around in last game winning 4-0, fatigue?

Has the Arse player who assaulted the wolves player at the end yellow been upgraded to a red yet? The way Arse fans banged oil about Slot and Everton I presume they are all demanding his immediate suspension till the end of the season?

Hopefully he gets banned for the rest of the season as he is utterly useless and plays like an emotional 13 yo

assaulted Laugh Jesus pushed Mosquera after being pushed over himself. Mosquera player went down like a big girl's blouse, clutching his face and he was clearly pushed in the chest.
