Iraola's contract is up at the end of the season at B'mouth, and he has not rushed to sign a new one.
What he has done there when they keep selling their best players to balance the books is amazing. I reckon he'd be a great fit for Spurs, and he would enjoy going up against his former school mate, Arteta. |
|
By:
He'd be crazy to take the Spurs job and I can't see him stepping down to the Championship.

He already goes up against Arteta. He mightn't if he goes to Spurs.

what a job,
either be the person infamous for taking spuds down to champ or keep the seat warm for 7 matches for the bloke who,s bottled the job to take over in summer, so all about money could agent deffo get,s you 7 figures for a months work maybe even 8 figures with a keep you up bonus |
|
By:
Not sure I want De Zerbi, but for me it's a no brainer. Keep us up and then sign a 'guaranteed' contract, drop and you're free to leave. I'll be surprised if anyone pins relegation on him, that entirely down to the board, for me. I don't blame Frank, even though he was not great and certainly don't blame Tudor for having a go, so why would anyone blame the new manager?
If De Zerbi was to keep us up, I would imagine the club will spend; they don't have a lot of choice and the manager can literally build his own team, from scratch (within reason). Back in to to circa 1.5 again (last price matched) |

spurs dont pay top $ wage to get the few player,s around who can make a difference, no way could you overhaul nearly a full starting 11 and expect maive improvement,de zerbi falls out with a many player a he improves, spuds might get the rapist up front
