What does Nancy say in that dressing room?  His credibility, such as it was, is absolutely shot.  The first shots I saw of him on STV was of him on the training ground CUDDLING and HUGGING the players.  Got some funny looks!  I can barely make out what he is saying so how can the players?

they absolutely did, if you're referring to 86 (lost it on the last day, on GD)

and they also bottled it in 65 (losing it on the last day, on goal average, not GD)

yep cant remember 65 but 86 they just had to draw and most certainly the occasion got to them

it was a stroll in the park a week later for the Dons in the cup final against a deflated jambos

btw Aberdeen did the same thing in 1990-91 season we just had to draw at Ibrox to win league
Alex Smith who I have a great deal of respect for changed tactics for this match when we had been on a great run
add in we missed two or three glorious chances to go ahead and yeh the occasion got to the Dons players Sad

Yes, they blew it in ‘65 but they most certainly did not “bottle” it in ‘86.

Hearts were 25 games unbeaten, needing a point against mid table Dundee on the last day, and lost 2-0. Seems a clear cut case of bottling it/choking.

29 games.  It was portrayed as choking/bottling etc; by the Press but it wasn’t, they just ran out of steam. One player out with flu, three others played with a bug, and various other circs. conspired against them.  Not to mention a first class, under-rated Dundee side which included the likes of John Brown, Robert Connor, Jim Duffy, Colin Hendry.  If you weren’t at the game how can you know - and you clearly weren’t.

17.24.  Grin  Fans should demand to know WHO actually recommended him and/or appointed him.  Quite the worst Celtic appointment I’ve ever seen.
