Betfair not loading

Anyone else having problems with the Exchange not loading, it's took me nearly 2 hours to get the website up, no problems with any other sites, facebook, youtube etc, all working fine, cleared browsing data, been a nightmare and has only just started to load up.

forum posts are sometimes failing and a banner appears saying couldn't load, My LV is stuttery too the last couple of days although that could be my Internet
