Does Pope get a clear touch ? He touches it but it's not a hugely effective touch
Is the tackle careless or reckless ? I don't think so. Keeper is making a fair effort to get the ball which he does get a touch on
I personally find it a bit ambiguous so it's a hard call. I would say no penalty personally as it's a fair tackle and he contacts the ball first
