Very odd decision for Eze to move to perennial trophy dodgers, Arsenal. Confused

Yes T.D. A tough first game away to Chelsea but other teams must be wary of us as well.

How does booing the national anthem  justify filthy Palace scum booing dead men? If only I cuold think of another club whose fans I(and players some might say) withdraw england support at any slight........
Well done  wining a football match Palace i hope it makes you feel better about your fellow scummy fans!

I'm gonna run me a bath now.

it doesn't - although no one booed dead men of course.. they didn't observe the silence, which in my opinion is poor but undoubtedly some would have been upset by the national anthem not being respected and a few idiots (and it was very few) chose to take the low road in response.

stringvest ...whats your problem .. liverpool fans have alwayys booed the nat anthem and with good reason.

no need to call us filth. out of order m8.

the people in the wrong were those who booed the minutes silence in respect of jota. total disgrace and well out of order

I really don't see what is achieved by booing the national anthem, a minutes silence or an opposing national team's anthem.

All it does is reinforce other supporters existing negativity towards your club/team.

very true dixie

but sometimes u have to stand up and make your voice heard about the injustice in society ..

no matter what the world and in particular the press say or think about u

and that includes the so called royal family

illleave it there andlets move back to footballCool

I wouldn't boo the national anthem. I just think it is, like the royal family itself, embarrassing.

Less about Royalty (though inevitably a lot of Republicans) than the destruction of L'pool as a working city in the 80's under Thatcher and the subsequent Hillsborough cover up..

not many Mancs that have much of a love in with the establishment and many indifferent to England after Utd players getting booed by a significant minority at national home games in the 90's...

I lived in Liverpool in the 1980's
Thatcher or Hatton ??
both screwed liverpool

i talk to the younger supporters and their not quite sure why they boo the national anthem

If the royal family had anything to do with Hillsborough id boo as well but out of respect i dont sing it or boo it

quite funny and even if they gave an answer some would probably say something else...and that's not a knock on L'pool fans btw ..more football culture..

in terms of Hillsborough isn't it more about those that are supposed to represent you doing anything but and therefore any pride in the nation being in any way representative of L'pool feelings and it's experiences essentially misplaced..

Geoffrey Howe said abandon Liverpool but Maggie said no

Michael Heseltine awarded freedom of the city ??
By:

When: 10 Aug 25 22:22
Maggie said no but created a dole culture and increased criminality as in many poorer areas..and oversaw the cover up of massive police failures that attempted to exonerate South Yorkshire Police for their obvious role in the deaths of L'pool supporters..

not my place to say how L'pool feels ..

whats that to do with the royal family?
By:

When: 10 Aug 25 22:25
er..nothing ..as indeed the booing largely isn't to my understanding..
