Not sure how Foden fits into this or Palmer. Good to have on the bench. I like how the back 4 is shaping up. The midfield balance is the issue for me. Saka will be back and there is plenty of attacking talent. He needs to find the right blend. |

Tuchel seems to have been given a fairly mild time of it after Friday's lackluster showing. If you watched that not knowing who was the coach, you could be forgiven for thinking that Southgate was still in charge. Tuchel will need time to stamp his mark on the team, but the performance against Albania was nowhere near what the fans will be hoping for in tougher fixtures to come.
