I wouldn't be too concerned - there has to be a U S of A for it to happen.
Probably only a matter if time, it's also inevitable that club games in the Premier League will be in America as well, it will also mean the injection of all of that glossy, syrupy razzmatazz crap that the Superbowl indulges in with endless array of poppy singers foisted their dire kitsch music onto the audience along with a complete saturation of commercials and cheerleaders as fillers in a broadcast lasting several hours. UEFA and FIFA love a pound note and would happily sell the soul of football to get it. It could be held in LA meaning an 8pm KO local time would be midday here.
The biggest sin would be if they replaced the Champions League theme tune music, which is a piece of genius, but if someone is willing to pay to replace it, you can be sure UEFA will replace it.
