Philadelphia Eagles
Almost a perfect team, hard to see any weakness at all.
They almost won this 2 years ago - 10pts up on the Chiefs at HT - and since then have added Saquon Barkley, who is having one of the greatest seasons any player ever had.
Player for player, they are clearly superior.
Kansas City Chiefs
Perhaps the greatest player ever in Mahomes.
A Top 5 all time coach in Andy Reid, who has the kind of reputation for masterminding unstoppable attacking play that Guardiola has (or used to lol).
The aura of invincibility of a team that always wins when it matters.
And the reputation of getting an extraordinary number of very crucial and very dubious refereeing calls in their favour, to the extent that, whenever they are playing a game, #**** starts trending on Twitter.
So I can't argue with the coin flip odds.

I've been betting on this for 5 months and the Chiefs are a way better result for me to say the least. My main concern is this time they will be on the wrong end of some crucial call as they are certainly due for that.
so it loks like theres nothing between them . on occasions like this i go for the best price which is marginal so its the eagles for me. small interest bet
tried watchig the american football a few years ago after recommendations.....terrible for me....could not understand the enthusiasm for the game....stops every 30 seconds....

BBC columnist Phoebe Schecter: A lot of people are saying the Chiefs, but I've been going against the grain and saying the Eagles. I think it's going to be by a field goal.
The way these two teams play, the way these two defences play, they're going to be able to keep it tight, especially the Eagles defence not allowing explosive plays.
But the key will be how the Chiefs are going to stop Saquon Barkley. The top four running backs they've gone up against - Bijan Robinson, Derrick Henry, Bucky Irving, Chuba Hubbard - they've kept them all to under 58 yards.
My head says I want to see the Chiefs make history, my heart says I love the Eagles - let someone else have a chance. And it's Saquon's birthday so, come on, give the man a present!

id like to see the eagles win but the problem they have is not just mahomes finding passes from nothing, it's his ability to take off and get 10 yds in the run, i'm struggling to see how he won't be the deciding factor especially if it's down to the 4th qtr

I'm not a big fan of rugby, but this is like a low-cardio version of rugby. 10-15 secs of exertion and then a massive breather. I have a lot more respect for rugby players. The big guys would be winched out on a chopper after 10 mins without their helmets and pads.

The stop start nature of both sports is too much for me, need fast flowing action. I wonder if football didn't exist if Rugby clubs would attract the fans, because a lot of them have gone bust or are going bust with poor crowds. International Rugby seems OK though.
I'm surprised NFL is so big in America because the optics are poor, you've no idea who's who as you can't see their bonces thanks to the helmets and can't tell from their physique because of their huge 1980's -esque shoulder pads and the rest of the armour. Then there's the incessant advertisements in a day and age of instantaneity. Though companies are paying 7 million dollars for a 30 second Ad. Even though the Premier League dwarfts the NFL for viewership, the NFL dwarfts the Premier League for revenue, which is amazing, only a matter of time before we end up going down that same route of complete commercialisation saturation.
Incidentally, NBA figures are down massively, part due to woke culture, where players are penalised for taunting other players - and that included simply giving a menacing stare - I s*** you not, and also because they have an obsession of trying to hit 3 pointers meaning less goal mouth action, so to speak.
