Yellow cards in Football

I have noticed that certain teams get more yellow cards  than others. Chelsea spring to mind they always seem to be the team with the most yellow cards but not red cards over the last few seasons. so i did a Stats check.
Conor Gallagher whilst at Chelsea. Played around 136 games got 39 yellow cards thats 29% gone to Atletico 1 Yellow card in 14 matches thats  7%.

Marc  Cucherella   Whilst at Chelsea played 69 games and got 23 yellow  cards thats 33%
When at Brighton played  36 games and got 6 yellow thats 16%
Is it just a coincidence ?
