One thing people think scores a lot is being aggressive, ie coming forward. That scores in MMA but in boxing it has to be EFFECTIVE aggression. If you are getting countered with better punches landing against you the opponent scores. There were a good few rounds like that for Usyk.
Katie Taylor wins fight like this too. Girls coming in with windmill punches and not landing many, while she lands better punches on the counter. |
