I have to beat the wife this season!

I've got him and Foden, so likely a free hit required, or else I'd have to transfer them back, at a later date, well joao pedro anyway,... Awful game this.
I've already spent.. triple capt, Wildcard and Bench boost...
A bit annoying as not made any transfers yet , if i transfer pedro out i cant get him back with 1 transfer due to selling price , so basically 3 transfers to get him out and back which is not worth it . probably just play an extra defender for 1 week .
this is one of the things that is wrong about the game, price changes forced people to make transfers early, then later in the week injuries strike and team news starts to come out at press conferences etc. Prices changes should happen after the deadline to take place the following week like other fantasy games do.
Really tempted to FREE HIT with 3 Citeh, 3 Toon, 3 men in tights, 3 toffeemen and 3 Dirty Leeds, think all 5 teams will win this weekend, just got to decide starting 11.
5 fold on those teams to win pays 10/1.

Toying with that chip too.. Probably just sit tight and take the hit... hoping for at least a midtable score this week..
How many point you got mes?.. oops! I forgot you've blocked me again

no need to apologise, my skin's thicker than a Rhinos and I take nothing to heart, only here for a laugh, quite like a good ol' forum dust up anyway Grin
Kind Regards.

my skin's thicker than a Rhinos.. If this Rhino is an unusually thin skinned Rhino..
Done free hit, but I still don't expect to do great.
All players I wanted seem to be playing away
so, it had to be done, but, yikes!

I've played my wildcard this week. Maybe that's because I have too much time on my hands now that I've been made redundant.
No Emitdeb, I wouldn't know where to start. I spend most of my days now playing Championship Manager on the PC and PGA Tour 2K25 on the PlayStation. I'm having a little break between jobs.
Remind me again
I had Lewis Dunk as a defender who didn't play today and none of my bench were defenders; which substitute will they use ?

The first player on your bench. Is that what you were hoping?
I imagine a lot of people have a lot of points on their bench this week with a Brighton clean sheet and Gross clocking up 14 pts.
Got 4 for Diop on for pedro which was good and should have thomas on for shaw with 9 which is a result .
6 players played so far, 7 points scored. 11 on the bench. Wildcard used well.
40+ points but only 2 to play.
Ffs wissa misses pen, 6 point swing, and
potential bonus points.
I captained Thiago, -2 for booking for taking shirt off.
Frustrating game.

34 with 3 to play inc capt Haaland...
3 week international break!...
3 week international break!...
Man City 3 first half goals and captain haaland on nothing .
And O'Reilly is brought on with 5 minutes to go and 2 goals in front , goodbye 9 points hello 1
17 points for semenyo is decent
I've only got gvardiol in this game
Nightmare

Wildcard played and neither Bruno nor Palmer will be in my selections
mes,
Have you done the sensible thing and sent Bruno packing?
Have you done the sensible thing and sent Bruno packing?
don't be silly he's got Tottenham at home next, he'll be the most transferred player in and the most captained in fpl history
Surely one or both of De Zerbi and Carrick won't survive until the next game, if they do both survive then that game will be the most definitive EL SACKIO of all time!!!!

Shocking waste of a wildcard.
26 points worth of Brighton on the bench.
Transferred out another 12pts
Wissa missed a pen.
I must feel like Carrick does

mes had Bruno on a quadruple wildcard free hit whopper doodle where you get X10 points for every shot blazed over the bar...he absolutely cleaned up.
The time of the year is irrelevant if I’m answering your question!!
Fernandes is on pens, free kicks, plays 90 mins every week, never gets injured, scores from open play, he is a must, Mbuemo may do better than last season, but he will still be miles behind Bruno's output come May, or come what May. Kind Regards.
Fernandes.. Very likely to drop... Next Price Changes Happen in: 03:12:00
He’s not renowned for scoring from free kicks.
I fully expect him to outscore Mbuemo over the season, but at the prices he needs to score 50% more points than him.

Usual guessing game over injuries, Konsa, Palmer and Pedro.
Couldnt have gone much better with just Calafiori , i see a few miracles the injured players suddenly fit again .
My manager getting sacked too.

Mcginn Just scored so that's me down to 5 numbers...
One of those days today , 4 players earlier all scored , and Mbeumo and Shaw playing , looks like it will be a high scoring week , a lot of highly owned players doing well today .

5 free transfers , so have to use 1 , Szoboszlai has to go due to his injury , looking at another man city attacker cherki but the risk is roulette before the champions league game .
Went for Doku , it looks like Cherki and Semenyo are being rested .
Semenyo and Haaland both hobbled off at the end...
My captain gamble not looking too good so far..

Team news this morning certainly helped , szoboszlai to doku went ok , szoboszlai obviously wasnt a 100% as he didnt last the first half .
45 points from 5 players at the moment. 39 of those are from Haaland
Newcastle striker Wissa

How annoying would it be to have Dan Burn in your team!
Another blank for Fernandes.. 6/7
I was hoping Konsa would be rested today but now I'm quite pleased (our leader has 11 points on his bench)
Come On Forest!

Currently the fourth highest scoring midfielder. Some aficionados of the game thought he was a poor choice and you should have Bruno instead! Up to now they’re wrong!
Semenyo out for 8 weeks , Haaland possibly out as well .
