Weird feeling with Haaland. Got him captain, but with the amount of people on TC, probably need him to do badly

It's an interesting week coming up, if you've only got Haaland as I do from City I'm leaning toward free hitting to get three City players in as only having Haaland on a triple captain doesn't seem enough against Coventry, problem with City's midfield is that it is going to become a minefield, they've now got Enzo and N'daiye incoming so it could be frustrating minutes wise as to who will play so I am looking at O'Reilly and Guehi and banking on a clean sheet and hope for something offensively from them.

Also I'd like to add another Liverpool player against Ipswich as well as adding Brighton, Brentford and Newcastle players and taking out Chelsea players.

Haalands EO overall will be massive , but it really only matters in your league really , if only 1 above has tc and some dont have him etc , it is different than if everyone else tc him , also its only 1 haaland score if you captain him against a tc , 2 goals with bonus is only 13 behind and you still have a tc for later on to claw it back , also haaland is rarely taken off but man city could be 3-0 up at half time and he could be taken off for the champions league .

I was very happy not putting him in for most of the first half and was going to post all about it, but then I thought, what if he does something after I posted it, I would have made myself look a right plank then....so I didn't.

Anyway, he's too expensive at 12 million and remains so IMO despite the weekend, lets see how he does against Everton away....curses, I shouldn't have said, if he does something I'm going to look a right t1t

You should be able to sort by game week score too, in the spread sheet, and print a weekly score table...

FPL should sort out the weekly scores and take off the hits , the top score shown is 161 but they have taken 28 in hits and its another player just entering for a week or so and making lots of transfers , they probably think they have won a prize but any chip means they cant win , what is the point of it ?

I think 144 won the actual weekly prize.

They just like the glory of seeing their name top. Maybe in some competition...

Yes , 144 won it and they finished 3,850 this week .

There would be a few bench boosts and triple captains that can't win.

Plus the boys that pick multi teams stacked with
players from 4 teams or so, with 11 transfers week on week.

As you say, they should remove the -4s before sorting rank.

Boring answer but just play who you think has more chance of a clean sheet , it really shouldnt matter about the other players , i expect a few will have chelsea attackers against them .

Always dislike it when you've got 4 or 5 players in one game when a couple of the big guns play, going to take a chance and side with the Chelsea offense and hope for a goal and bench the Arsenal defense, obviously realise that the defenders can score/assist themselves but want to cheer on the one side and Chelsea won the coin flip

It could be an interesting week , there could be some chaos with man city , i can see some players rested for midweek , and will probably want to give some minutes to the new signings

Agree, the City midfield i a particular minefield, I've got Cherki but just know I'll be sat there cheesed off when he's on the bench.

Cherki will probably start as City have no other player of his like to play behind Haaland and with 2 goals 2 assists I'd be surprised if he was benched, though he is likely to be subbed at some point if City quickly go 2-0 or 3-0 up as they have Porto away 3 days later, Fernandes has a home CL game 4 days after Everton. There are reliable sources, the one last season that leaked that Haaland wasn't playing late in the season was a good example that caught a few out who started him..

Somebody suggesting they have been looking for the leak, and yesterday may have nailed it.

Think Andy from LetsTalkFpl said last season that he doesn't really get given any leaks anymore since FPL moved the deadline further back, the one he gave last season relayed from twitter, didn't make much difference iirc, it was City team news, took the key players but was it Marmoush that started and was cack. Though it could have been a massive edge if it had worked out. That was the only real leak of notice I remember last season.

Haaland has mentioned fpl himself a few times, no doubt he feeds his Norwegian posse back home some team info, English football in Norway is massive.
