Double game week comes with Arsenal playing 4 games in 10 days , i assume they will play a weakened team against wigan , the wolves game is just before the tottenham game , normally you would go for a mid/for but with havertz and jesus back and trossard eze madueke possibly getting a game who do you go for , rice could be an option but he could be rested against wolves and saka is not even playing now

Rice is the solid one in terms of minutes, I'd expect him to play in all the Prem games, the problem is that lately he's been a steady rather than a heavy points scorer.

It looks like saka is out for the double , i suppose probably the safest but boring pick is raya , gabriel will be popular , madueke could be worth a punt , depends how brave you are for the captain

Ive been on Saka for a while, annoying that hes injured as I was still confident on him as a low owned player that the massive haul was coming. I'll likely just downgrade him to Rice now and keep Gabriel and Raya of course.
A fit Gabriel will definitely be my captain for the double and I'm thinking about Triple captaining him . An interesting thought for anyone who has triple Arsenal defence and triple captain one of them, you'd have the potential for 10 Arsenal clean sheets in one GW, 6 × 2 × 2. |

I had a three man Arsenal defence for quite a run but then they quite unaccountably started leaking goals. So I went over to a Chelsea/City combo.who clearly borrowed their coaching manuals.

I think what puts people off palmer is the minutes , off again at 60 today , of course after 3 goals its ok , good fixture on tuesday leeds at home . always a doubt he wont start though and i expect he will be off again early
