A manager like southgate likes penalties as then he can excuse his crap tactics.
The issue for is that the subs didn't really improve England. They were awful at the end of normal time and in extra time

Very impressed with Saka. He covered some amount of ground. However he's just said 'we dominated the whole game' 
Saka definitely back to what we know of him..good to see and delighted he stuck the pen especially..

I saw a lot of positives in that performance, not perfect by any means. But the balance looked right and we had good periods of playing in their half. The Swiss ain't a bad team so I'm definitely taking a glass half full view on it this time.

Today England were more competitive. But, Spain or France will pick our pocket without a doubt. I believe England with the players ought to have done much better in this tournament.

"Come on" is a more or less universal thing. Same with "vamos". You hear that a lot not just from Spanish speakers.
