Yes, I think the kickoff times, 3pm Sunday Italian time, are set in stone now. The last two rounds of fixtures in Serie B have synchronised start times to avoid allegations of collusion. They are playing on Sunday next weekend because there is a full set of fixtures on Wednesday May 1st which is a public holiday in Italy.
You don't have many other options. If you arrive in Bologna on Thursday with plenty of time to get to Florence then you could go to the first leg of the Conference League semi final v Brugge, tickets still available when I last looked. Unfortunately there isn't a train back until more than three hours after the match finishes. Sassulo play Inter at their stadium in Reggio Emilia on Saturday with a 8.45 start. There is a train after the match which would get you back in Bologna by 33 minutes past midnight. If you decide on either of these games get your tickets online asap, both clubs use Vivaticket which I find is quite easy to use.
