Hi Guys, did anybody else back on over 5.5 cards in this game. i was paid out only to discover the next day they had counted it as a loss and taken the money back.
Customer service told me that two of the bookings came from the bench.
I did not watch the game, did anyone else have the same issue.

I don't bet on cards but their were 7 cards issued, 1 red and 6 yellows
2 of the yellows were for 2 of the players on the bench at the time
1 of those players did start the match, Calabria, but he was subbed off at 46 minutes
he was then booked when he on the bench on 86 minutes
if the rules say a booking only counts when a player is active, then they would be right, but you'd have to read the rules on the site where you had the bet to know.
