I'm surprised Chair isn't playing at a higher level .
He definitely brings something to the table |
|
By:
Chair has been injured and un fit for a while now and had a court case hanging over him,but he looks very fit and eager to resume his career....
Will be at Blackburn this weekend hoping chances are taken with a 3pt win ![]() |

Brilliant away win, players are giving it a good go and we have a strong bench.
Glen Kamara is a very cool head to have in the team and Alfie up front is a strong boy when he comes on.Paul Smythe never lets us down along with Jimmy and Ronnie.. Looked like the Venky protest is still ongoing plenty of seats empty. U Rrrssssssss |

backed them to beat cardiff midweek at evens

Good luck TD but I think Cardiff will come away from this game with something
![]() |
|
By:
Well done TD....well deserved win tbh.....could have been 3 or 4 . U fancy the hoops for promotion this season??
|
|
By:
Hey Dancing - thanks a pleasing outcome.
The championship is very difficult and for them to get into the top 8 under the new arrangements wd be great and who knows what cd happen from there. They have certainly made a great start and the game v Boro tomorrow will be a good test to see where they are at. |
|
By:
should have added 9/4 at home is a big price against a team that is yet to win away
|
|
By:
I agree QPR @ 9/4 is a big price - they should be around 2/1.
Boro still bedding in new signings and players just coming back from injuries. |
|
By:
Good display from Rangers but could not score despite hitting the wood and the keeper making a good save ,Great Boro turn out a full end .
They will be thereabouts I would imagine although no great shakes yesterday Charlton on Weds need to win to keep the confidence up and the points tally.Sometimes wonder about his starting line ups and subs.....Madson and Kamara both fit and both on the bench.!!! U Rrrrrrrsssss |
|
By:
I was in the away end - away fans only get the upper tier now at QPR - so it was all sold out to longer term season ticket holders at Boro. There will be 2,600 Boro fans at Palace tomorrow night for a League Cup game.
I thought QPR were improved on last season's QPR side and certainly caused Boro problems in the second half when Burrell came on. They also have a number of lively attacking players and a team to watch for goals. An issue with the Championship is how much better it will be than last season. My feelings is it will be tougher all round. Boro have 12 new first team players this Summer and also had three key players just recovering from long term injuries , I suspect the first 11 will develop over the next 2 weeks which will bring a pick up in performances. |

Charlton away, packed away end to be expected 2 point dropped imo
Their goal was offside although SKY ****s trying to stir the sh it. 2 more injured which is usual for us which is why we need to get points on the board. Played well stuck to the plan,Kamara played well and Ronnie shone again.Charles showing why Man City bought him. Away at the Hawthorns Saturday will be a tester... U RRssssssssssss |
|
By:
Oh and any Charlton fans where were u ?
|
|
By:
So West Brom away, decent train journey for me for a change.
Plenty Rangers supporters making some noise, played well considering injuries stacking up Again stuck to the plan and kept going, needed to be more solid in the tackle pretty weak at times back 4 were very good. Kamara if he can stay fit will be a major player for us this season,Madson also. PNE at home is a must win before the break Cmon U RRRsssssss |
|
By:
FFS bit of a first half shambles after much expectation of seeing Rangers score a few goals.
PNE scored 2 and tried to shut up shop, fair play to them though with their league position they needed 3 points.Down to ten men the hoops gave it a right go and nearly conceded a 3rd after the PNE boys decided to attack again. Scored 2 great goals and the last kick of the game produced a great save from Iverson to deny a fairytale come back.Madson was my MOTM calm and collected. Need this break to re-group and treat the injured players. All in all a great start to the season,Wet spam away next on a Friday night under the lights should be a good one with plenty goals. Fans stayed with the team through out which was expected. U RRRrrrrssssssss |

Long way to go

By:
West Ham poor, but Rangers look confident in possesion.
|
|
By:
Well done lads a good point.
Injuries a problem for Tues against Derby |
|
By:
Paul smith had our midfield on toast
Shame he came off for you By end of 90 min you looked crippled Other than Wrexham game that’s been Westham All season Can’t open tin beans no one takes a risk Where dam lucky most teams we play Fall apart 70 min mark Good lucky rest of your season 11kv |
|
By:
Cheers fattie, you know West Ham will go up this season they will get it right imo
|
|
By:
Fourth draw on the bounce but a good point away from home nevertheless.
Need to turn some of the draws into wins esp at home. Drawing with the likes of Preston and Bolton at home need to be turned into 3 pointers.Away form is great with 2 wins and 2 draws. All in all though decent start |
|
By:
If only the home games were wins we would be flying high..

4-1 Against the rams, good weekday turn out from them.
Last 20 mins with ten men ,bad injury to a sub Mbengue poss acl so will be a blow for us. Kemper impressed again as did all of the defence,Alfie scored his first senior goal and Paul Smythe was everywhere as usual Kamara and Matson works well Young Adamson was hard to pass and Harvey Vale and Kolli very willing to close the defenders with the ball. U Rsssssss Brummies next |
|
By:
yup tough game today- getting a point wd be a good achievment
|
|
By:
Missed a dead sitter soon after the start and 3 transitions from attacking positions led to the 3 goals.
Finished with ten after sub Kone went off injured,he is not fit and overweight imo and needs time to get back to full fitness. Think Stephan knew we were going to struggle at Brum so left out Madson and Lloyd for the home game against Swansea on Saturday.... Edwards Dunne and Kemper stood out. Sold out away end again U RRssssssss |
