Outage Question For Betfair

Can you please tell us how many weekend outages there have been on this betting site in the last year, compared to your bingo/exchange games/poker etc. Also can you explain to us why it keeps happening and what you are doing about. We are paying for the use of this site, and have a right to know. I have never known a company so lacksadaisical with other people's money!
