When does the dam break?
By:
Not into this game at all
By:
too much fancy stuff from Italy, at times. just get the pass made and take the shot if it's on.
By:
distinct lack of atmosphere in an almost empty Wembley .
By:
Italy just need the goal
By:
Immobile post damn

They're playing with confidence that's what happens sometimes. |

that was unlucky, keeper well beaten
By:
ul great strike
By:
can't back or lay Italy at that price
had a small back of 0-0 |
By:
Agree with the confidence thing. A couple of little flicks and tricks they didn't need to do. Get the goal(s) first
By:
Erm Danny, it didn't go in, so, not that perfect!
By:
Austria look quite decent, but
still behind Italy. |
By:
Italy do have to be careful not get caught out though

I like the way that commentators tell us what a player is "capable of" after they've done it.

Masters of hindsight, clowns of foresight. |
By:
lol at that flag FFS
By:
miles offside
By:
The flagging gets worse doesn't it
By:
almost half way there, Osterreich
don't stop believing |
By:
This is a little bit ****. Kind of like watching Everton v West Ham.
By:
Not as easy for Italy as the pundits make out.
By:
lol the offsides are ridiculous. Not letting lino put the flag up when he's a mile off

By:
Italy just toyig with them
will turn on the hear in extra time, once Uncle Beppe's 0-0 has landed |
By:
Italy risk getting done if they continue to be complacent
By:
Giuseppe
They are toying with them but what If Austria score first from a set piece? |
By:
then they'll equalise
By:
can't stop the blue train sonts
By:
no free kick that
By:
Don't think that was a foul myself. Bit unlucky there
By:
Italy risk getting done if they continue to be complacent There's zero complacency from Italy then have gone for it from KO. |
By:
They are a bit dirk
They seem confident the goal will come so getting a bit arrogant |
By:
they have overplayed it to some extent.
By:
I hear the train a-coming, it's coming round the bend
By:
Was that the most r etarded offside flag/ref whistle we've just seen of the tournament. Puts it up when Austria win the ball back in space for a counter and the ref inexplicably blows for it as well. All exacerbated by the fact the guy was 10 miles offside in the first place. It's a contender for sure.
By:
did no one tell Shearer you can't wear patterns like that on TV
By:
lol Austria have been ****

They are a bit dirk
They seem confident the goal will come so getting a bit arrogant I don't think so at all, complacent would be tapping it sideways and back and playing at a slow pace, they haven't done that at all. If anything they're a bit anxious and rushed, the opposite of complacent. |
