I thought Betfairs rules were if a goal decision is changed due to VAR then bets placed after the goal will be voided, but bets will stand when a goal has been ruled out by an on field decision. Yet today I'm fairly sure in the early stages of Portugal Germany bf voided bets due to the referee disallowing a goal (no VAR) and then during Spain Poland the decision was overturned by VAR yet bf failed to void the bets.
Betfair seem to have completely reversed their policy without telling us.....
Matthias Ginter whips the ball into the box and, though it fails to find Serge Gnabry's outstretched toe, it falls for Robin Gosens at the far post and he rifles into the back of the net.
Portugal protest vociferously and referee Anthony Taylor calls on VAR. Replays show that Gnabry was narrowly offside when Ginter played the ball and, having been in Rui Patricio's eyeline, the goal is ruled out for offside.

Why don't you watch the reply of Germany game. There was no linesman's flag.
VAR was flashed all over the screen.
Time after time you're wrong on these things. Why don't you watch the reply of Germany game. There was no linesman's flag.VAR was flashed all over the screen.
How do you know there was no flag? There was no VAR indication from the referee. Think the ref was discussing with the linesman if the player in the middle (Gnabry) was interfering, which is why it took a moment.

The telegraph said it was VAR and the BBC said it was VAR.
They are far more credible sources than you are.
As for the linesman---you said he gave the offside but there is absolutely no evidence to back that claim.

The goal had already been disallowed. VAR was used, but it only confirmed the on field offside decision. Therefore Betfair shouldn't be cancelling any bets.
Its all somewhat irrelevant going forward as @betfaircs have made a couple of strange statements basically confirming they will make it up as they go along anyway!
