I agree, we need more changes in the game, it's far more exciting now than it was 30 years ago, so lets make a few more and make it even more entertaining. Maybe one could be no running in heat over 25deg so as not to risk anyone's health?

The rule change I'd like to see is for red cards. Allow the player to be replaced. Red cards kill the game.

Extremes being shown here, some people want the whole competition called off, some are more worried about their bets than the life of a fellow human being. I'm with the 90% of normal right minded thinking people. It's very serious and very sad and certainly more important than any bets you may have had, but to cancel the whole competition - even if God forbid the worst had have happened is way over the top.
