PSV vs Ajax settled incorrectly

I backed under 2.5 in this game, but  after the penalty was awarded in the 89th minute that eventually made it 1-1 the 2.5 market closed as well as the 1.5, subsequently it settled as a loss for me.

Obviously this was a mistake,  and I am currently speaking to an advisor, but has anyone had this happen before?
