and in brazil where half of them look like professional bodybuilders MLS refs look like amateur park football refs from Britain or Ireland |

All refs in Britain are overweight and cant keep up with the pace of play hence so many awful decisions, they are easily influenced by the crowd as well
In Brazil if tge ref gives a foul for a particular foul tge he gives it if its the opposite side as well Whereas in the championship (example) he’ll book a player for a lateish tackle and give a free kick, but doesnt give naff all for a leg breaker the other way   Derby fans were apocalyptic when George Thorne had his leg broken in two places but not even a foul was given... yet 5 minutes later he booked a Derby player fir a mere pull back Refs need to be sacked or at least properly trained and need to hit the gym ffs |

Also in Japan its simikar, the ref will just decide to let certain fouls go but for both sides no bias
Whereas british refs will take offence to a bit of lip and proceed to punish that side for the rest of the game ffs, if he cant take a bit of lip he should pack it in South American refs are mentally stronger in my opinion, any lip and he’ll give some back |

I use to oiterally only ever watch Forest, any other football was ignored
Now i barely get through a whole forest game without losing interest but still hours of what is classed as beneath tge english bubble But give me brazil, colombia etc anyday now |

it's quite crude and physical, ball is in the air a lot, despite the players being mostly high quality South American imports one thing i don't like is betafair doesn't have all the Liga MX games, only some |

but it is high quality
Mexican teams usually beat MLS teams in the CONCACAF Champions League and did quite well when they were in the Libertadores most of the teams play at altitude but it is only 1,500 to 2,000 metres, like Colombia |

I have started to grin at the gamesmanship of these leagues, i love tge time wasting before a penalty making the taker wait After all that though it is refreshing to see exactly none of that in Japan for example, no feigning injury when a goal up either Different cultures, different mindsets |
