not sure what covid regulations are like in Uruguay, but I imagine a huge number of fans will want to travel from Rio and Sao Paulo for the final, not a very long trip by South American standards
Flamengo are the most popular club in Brazil 42 million people live in Sao Paulo state  and Palmeiras are probably number 2 there behind CorinthiansBrazil has quite a high vaccination % if fans are allowed to travel the atmosphere at that game will be great |

And there’s lots of competition in Brazil esp, when Cruzeiro are mid table in the 2nd tier it shows its strength in depth Argentina is growing as well in terms of competition |
