Commentators going overboard about Liverpool. Tottenham were terrible and gifted them their three goals.

Spurs was weak and pathetic
The shoboating in the middle was a joke, yet it took Bale on 91 minutes to put Ginji on the floor - if keane was playing - Winajaldum would be leaving on stretcher with his leg in bits, spurs midfielder winks allowed it, N'Dombele was seen smiling and laughing when on the floor at 3-1 down, have a word, and Lamela looked like he was dancing the flamming waltz when trying to win the ball back. They looked confernce class in ability - yet they're internationals. No belief, no formation, no desire made them look pitiful and the defence, every one of them performed poorly - all making a mistake. Liverpool should've won by 8 or 9, thats how poor spurs was tonight, Liverpool didnt even play well,,, it was a freedom of the city out there!! |

And seriously... How is he offside when he's smack in line against a team playing a high line well outside their own box ffs, with Son back to goal
I fooking despair when watching it, then listening to the goon pundits What a fooking world He can't be offside when Pools backline is almost up at the fooking centre circle |

How as it come to this? attackers having to stay in line near the centre circle?
Its literally flipped, it was suppose to protect against goal hangers but now its created defenders up on the centre circle camped out ![]() |

The thing is Spurs fans that they show the line and Son was a fraction offside. Very frustrating I know but another time it will go in your favour where what looks like a perfectly good goal and not flagged by the linesman is then shown to be a fraction offside so surely swings and roundabouts. The difference is the linesman will never make a mistake as the picture will show for sure whether it was offside or not.

The London challengers seem quite weak this year. You've got Maureen the has been, Arteta the intern and Tuchel the smug, self satisfied and talented wordsmith who results never quite match the talk I'm looking at the league table and oh look Moyes's claret and blue army are London's top boys

I thought personally the person most responsible for Spurs loss last night was The Special One...
His team selection tactics and subs were utterly baffling from start to finish. Klopp clearly has got under his skin and has his measure. Toby and Sissiko on bench for me was just plain weird, 5 at the back basically with no real way out. Doherty's been dire. Was again. Nowt said though, just allowed him to throw players under the bus. Same prick interviewer who tried to spear Klopp a few time over last few weeks. Says nowt to Jose. |

I was surprised they gave Son offside. They judged it when Ndombele passed the ball to Kane. It was Kane who passed it to Son and he was well onside then. I thought they would regard Son as not interfering with play as the ball wasn't played to him or even towards him and he wasn't 'active' at that point. I thought the whole point was to let stuff like that go when he hadn't gained any advantage and had got himself back onside before Kane played him in. I thought they only judged offside in the build-up if the ball was played to you or towards you.
If they are the rules they shouldn't be imo. They shouldn't be ruling out good goals like that, the offside position of Son when they judged it had zero bearing on the goal. |

Sorry just watched it again. I was wrong. Ndombele plays it to Son and he plays it back to Kane who plays him in
