Yeah, just ignore it.

I have no clue how Alan Smith picked Redmond as MoM. I thought he was the worst Southampton player, not the best; not even close!

Shiny - go to settings just under your balance/responsible gambling, click on arrow, click on cash out and un tick the cash out on market view.

This looks like another Betfair screw-up.  I had a losing position on 2-0, closed quite a bit of it out by backing at around 2.1.  Screen was fine until about 3-4 mins from the end of the game, when my nearly all my "back" suddenly disappeared!  I say "nearly all" because, bizarrely, a small part of it remained.

This happens all the time now.  If you scream and shout loudly enough there's a good chance they'll put it right, but I really don't need the hassle.

Something funny seemed to happen in the CS market near the end of the game. As it is, I benefitted by about a tenner, but it's a strange one.

Wolves are a bit short here for my liking. Newcastle are no great shakes, but Wolves like to play on the counter, something they won't be able to do much today unless the Toon ship a couple of goals.

Look at betting activity, you can filter voided bets there.

I had a fairly bad red which I managed to whittle down leaving me with about 9 quid green on 2-0, which I was happy with, but sometime around 87 minutes it changed to about 19 quid when I hadn't made any other bets and nothing was waiting to get matched. I might be mistaken though. But it took me by surprise that's why I noticed it.

I hope I'm wrong though. I'd rather lose a tenner than lose confidence in the markets being managed properly.

confidence went long ago, liquidity next if not already.
It's on a one way ticket to hell imo.

Des, have a good check through your betting history.
Surely there hasn't been a phantom bet introduced in to your account Confused

Possible that a lay off bet was voided in error ?

Des - you shouldn't really have any confidence that they'll manage markets properly.  The issues seem to be largely around how they deal with VAR reviews, when they seem to arbitrarily void any bets near a contentious event.  But only sometimes.  On this occasion, I suspect it's something to do with the red card, although given that this was a pretty straightforward red from the referee, which VAR didn't overturn, I don't understand it at all.  And my bet was some time from that incident.

Emailing the CEO has been productive in the past (see Seagulls v Foxes thread from June), but it really shouldn't be necessary.

Thanks for the suggestions lads, but I'm not the sort to make a fuss unless I've really lost big with an obvious error. As far as this goes, I can't be bothered going through my bets with a fine tooth comb. As long as the feck ups are few enough, and for small amounts I'm prepared to take the rough with the smooth, as long as I've factored them in within reasonable tolerances.
