Jesus Christ Who is working on betfair helpdesk? There was disallowed goal on VAR decision and they didnt suspend market. I layed unders after goal a had to take huge loss cause the odds falled from 2 to 1.3. I contacted them and response was: "I'm afraid this bet cannot be voided as betfair reserves the rights to suspend the markets at any specific time". Are you kidding me?

i've just had a brilliant idea ...
why not lift the suspend sign after the goal has been authorised by the VAR team ... and THEN restart the markets
