We all have noticed some times when a goal is scored ,  betfair is too late to suspend a market and this "sure bet odds" taken by people after the goal is scored, could stand ...  good for them but bad for me ;)

1) FC Red Bull Salzburg v SC Austria Lustena , started 21:45 gmt , a goal ( the 3-0) was scored (53rd min at 2nd half) , and the time my bets were matched (22:53 gmt ) makes it look a clear late suspend to me  ...
I did put some lays on "over 2.5" at half time (odds 1.09 to 1.11  , 22:30 gmt ) , and all matched together 23 minutes later (8 minutes to the 2n half) , about the time the goal was scored.

So...  im sure it was a late suspend , but how do we protect from this things happening  ? or even proove to betfair that was late.

Maybe software that can monitor a tab , and take auto pictures every 20 secs ? does exist ?
Do you know any place that keeps the exact time a goal is scored ? (in gmt) and when the 2nd half started ?  so i have some proof my bets were all matched  on goal ?  and with some video of the goal ( a long shot) will make them get its was late suspend ?

Does betfair keeps seconds in matched bets? (i see only in minutes) and is there a site with seconds in goal too ? because this couuld help if the delay was long...

Any other ideas, so this things wont happen so offen ?

2) Also a second case  , on FC Minaj v Dynamo Kiev yesterday ...
That game was not suspended or put in play when it stared , just remained "pre-game" and a goal was scored in 9th minute .
I did see it with my own eyes, my bets were matched (1.02 and 1.03 lay odds of over 0.5) at the time of the goal, and the market remained pre-game for 5 minutes till they suspend and put in-play

I need again some info about the real time of the goal ... and then maybe force them to tell me if this bet was matched on pre-live mode ?  any ideas here?
I dont hope for much , but thanks anyway guys ... real solution  is for betfair to to stop crapping

Betfair can tell the exact second a goal is scored. There is an official goal time given in seconds.

Re the Kiev game, Rule 1.3 provides:- "...If a market is scheduled to be turned in-play but Betfair does not suspend the market at kick-off (so unmatched bets are not cancelled at that time), but the market is turned in-play at a later time during the match, all bets matched after the scheduled time of the kick-off and before the first "Material Event" will stand. However, if there has been one or more "Material Events", any bets matched between the first "Material Event" and the market being turned in-play will be void.

You have not made it clear when your bets were placed. If they were placed pre-kick-off then they should have been cancelled when they turned the market in-play.

You need to get onto them on twitter @betfairCS. Do not contact them any other way as they are hopeless, the twitter guys will sort it out. Ask them to confirm to you the goal times of both games and the time your bets were matched and tell them you think your bets were unfairly matched after the goal was scored.
