I don’t think this is a moment where the thoughts of a football manager should be important, but I understand for our supporters they will want to hear from the team and I will front that.
First and foremost, all of us have to do whatever we can to protect one another. In society I mean. This should be the case all the time in life, but in this moment I think it matters more than ever.

I’ve said before that football always seems the most important of the least important things. Today, football and football matches really aren’t important at all.
Of course, we don’t want to play in front of an empty stadium and we don’t want games or competitions suspended, but if doing so helps one individual stay healthy - just one - we do it no questions asked.

If it’s a choice between football and the good of the wider society, it’s no contest. Really, it isn’t.
Today’s decision and announcement is being implemented with the motive of keeping people safe. Because of that we support it completely. We have seen members of teams we compete against become ill. This virus has shown that being involved in football offers no immunity. To our rival clubs and individuals who are affected and to those who later will become so, you are in our thoughts and prayers.

it is very easy to solve this problem,if all the other teams in the league refuse to play Liverpool fc in next years fixtures they will win the league by a walk over and that will keep ever body connected with the club happy and they will be awarded their famous title.no need for a court case,and thats it sorted out.

City will hopefully pop it into their CAS hearing and propose as defending Champions this seasons Premier League title is awarded to them. As evidence they will provide details of the last time Liverpool won the Premier League and show video examples of slip ups at the end of previous seasons made by Liverpool. CAS are a very sensible organistation and I fully expect City to be declared the winners.

i don't care if Liverpool win the league or not,but they are not entitled to claim the trophy until they Win it,and it is not important at this time,that's my point,and the FA can not be responsible for circumstances that happened ,so there is no point taking the FA to court and claiming that they are entitled to it,and it is very bad taste to make the situation important at this time,
and as i say ,i am sure hundreds of thousands of football fans all over the world agree with me.

I have a lot of friends and work colleagues who are Liverpool supporters through and through, and I have not heard one of them say that Liverpool have won the league. Many say that 'we are gonna win the league' for sure but that is all.

The spanner brass loves to make silly claims. However, I have only ever heard the claims made by brass in his OP and subsequently BY ANYONE ELSE BUT HIM.  I have never ever heard them by anyone else.
