The Wolves v Leicester ruled out 'Offside' goal was a TRAVESTY.The Offside decision should be made - when the ball is kicked (TO the 'Offender') - and NOT - When he receives the ball. The VAR still is frozen with the Corner TAKER 3 yards into the field of play - NOT at the Corner Flag - so the VAR Offside judgement shown is at the WRONG time-lapsehttps://images.ladbible.com/thumbnail?type=webp&url=http://beta.ems.ladbiblegroup.com/s3/content/2ce703a15e47b6c3d272526a8f2d4400.png&quality=70&width=720
You have completely misunderstood why offside was given here. The corner taker (neto) plays the ball short to Jota and it is Neto's foot which is offside when the ball is played back to him. The still is stopped at the correct time, ie when the return ball is played back to him. The offender is Neto, the corner taker, not Jota. Look at where his foot is. Jota wasn't offside.
It is virtually impossible to be offside from a corner as the ball is almost on the end line and it is almost impossible to be ahead of it, which you have to be to be offside.
