 thanks. Always 1 that screws the day up grrrr. i may try for less bets but higher odds so more liability but less chance of it winning (me losing) and just try a couple of bets a day and see how it goes. if i can make £20 or £30 a day on those it should add up quite quickly, i just need to avoid hitting a loser tho coz it would kill my bank at this stage. See how it goes i suppose. |

I wanted to just say a BIG thank you to everyone who has followed/interacted over the years with me on Twitter/FB/Telegram/BF forum over the many many years. I have engaged with some really great people. But now is the time for me to move on from this ...
I have been gambling for over 20 years and although fun at times it has eaten away at me mentally/financially/emotionally/physically. I tried to use the 300 bet challenge as a way to use small stakes to control my ever increasing stakes, but .... in the background my gambling was always spiralling out of control. I have a ton of debts and am virtually at rock bottom. But I now have realised the time has come to take back control. I have taken the steps to self exclude myself from gambling forever ... I have spent way too much of my life/time/money/mind/health devoted to sitting watching sport for hours and days on end, all for the sake of trying to win more and more money. I have had some big wins along the way but in the end it all goes back ... £60k in 2 weeks, £10k in a weekend, £2k to £10k numerous times. But in the end you end up trying to win bigger and bigger all the time and anything you win is lost. Ive had over 1.5million views on betfair forum, 1000's of followers on twitter & FB. But ... I feel a MASSIVE weight has been lifted off my shoulders now i know i can no longer place another online bet again. No more spending literally every second and hour of my free time watching sports and looking at odds to find the next bet.... I just want to wish you all the best of luck in your lives and to say thank you for everything over the years. If anyone else out there who is going through the same or thinks they might have any kind of issues with gambling then please seek help and advice ... Don't feel ashamed or embarrassed like i have done for years to get help. Gambling addiction is soo easy to fall victim off and destroys lives, so please get help.
